CoCo,
The natural beauties of my neighborhood are the people on my street.
When someone's pet goes missing and they are outside calling and calling....all of the neighbor's come out and try to help them find their missing darling.
There is a person on my street that takes care of wounded wildlife. Last summer a hawk grabbed a squirrel out of my tree and then dropped him. I ran for my wildlife neighbor who is well versed in handling a variety of creatures. It was a baby squirrel. It had a head wound and a broken leg. It was touch and go for a week or two, but the squirrel is happy and well today. People bring him birds with broken wings and he just has a knack for healing small creatures.
People in my neighborhood have a variety of fruit trees and everyone shares with each other when these different fruits are in season.
I once found mail in my box that did not belong to me. I walked down the street to give it to it's proper owner and she insisted I must come in for refreshments.
Some people in my neighborhood come from exotic places where I have never been. They have stories and photographs to share. And I have learned a little about their customs.
There is a cordialness in my neighborhood that makes it special. The people here are its natural beauty.
