As a rule, I believe Jehovah's Witnesses treat females as sub par to the menfolk. I knew a lot of women in the Hall that were smarter than their mates. They begrudgingly got respect from most of the elders. But certain oldtimers seemed to always look for a way to prove them wrong or make them look like they were not being "submissive enough".
How were the "Blondies" of your KH treated???
There was only one intelligent Sister in my congregation - a natural blond.
Naturally I married her and we then left whole shower behind.
How would I know???

I agree with you Minimus, most of the elders I knew were impressed by these kinds of sisters and would try to convince their dub wives they wanted to work in service with sister smart to see how she was doing! I think that some elders who did this might just have been bored with dull conversations with some of their own wives and wanted an intellectual challenge! I think some of these guys got turned on a little by the intelligence of some of these sisters. Not that they did anything wrong, mind you, but it seems that the intelligent sisters would know how to engage and stroke the elders intellectual libido, and this made the elders feel good about themselves. I saw this often in the org
Okay. I said I can't remember any. Maybe I do remember a couple. However, it seems that everybody had a gift for blending, so no particular sisters stood out as more "intelligent."
We hid our light under a bushel. But I do remember some intelligent private conversations with other sisters. After one of them, one of the sisters said, "We'd be disfellowshipped if anybody could hear us."

Agreed Nvr- Mrs. Flipper kicks my a$$ in scrabble often. Since meeting we have played 218 games. She has won 118 I've won 104. So it's pretty close, but gawd she was a spelling bee freak in junior high school, so I don't have a snowballs chance to catch her. But she does impress me, educates me, and turns me on all in one crack! Oh that sounded weird! Anyway, you know what I mean

I never measured the sisters for their intelligence.
There were some who were married, attractive or just very pleasant to associate with. Then there were a few who were the opposite.
