  People are free to use whatever sites they want and have nothing to fear from here for doing so. This has always been the case and will always be the case.

  We are not even 'afraid' of linking to other sites and have included links to other forums as well as many other exJW sites (some of which also contain forums).

  However, I don't see why I should tollerate people making insulting and sometimes threatening posts elsewhere against me or my family (as has been done in the past on similar sites with some of the same people) and allow them to continue to use my site (esp. when all they want to do is advertise their own forum where they are putting us down).

  A lot of what is written is utter drivel. For instance, they will claim that people are deleted for posting elsewhere (they aren't) or that we haven't allowed some topics because of fictitious reasons when the reality is that some people who are putting a lot of work in the legal avenues against the WTS have requested it (and some who want to profit out of selling things or self-promote want the publicity regardless of what is better for the bigger picture).

  This is one of the reasons I rarely comment on posts on other sites or answer 'charges' made on them. All that mattters to me is that the people that matter to me know what I am like and what the truth is. Getting into silly tit-for-tat exchanges accomplishes nothing other than wastes time and I for one have much better things to be doing with mine.

  Too right, LOL. I'm actually starting to wonder if there are any non-UK Canadians - everyone we meet seems to have arrived 12 months before we did or else their parents came over years ago!

  You are free to do what you wish.

  Just understand that on-line XJW's are among the most dysfunctional group of people on the Internet and that with many sites, often the inmates have taken over the santorium. If you keep that in mind, get a thick skin and play no part in becoming an enabler to the lunatics that abound, then life can be a shower of golden posies.

  This site is fairly heavily moderated which tends to act as a red rag to a bull to some, but many XJW's are not mature enough to be able to function on a discussion Board without having their arses slapped every so often.

  Most XJW Boards that have been started in recent years have been started by their own admission for no other reason than to bitch-slap Simon, and the residents post all day like a bunch of toothless hags stirring the cauldron of their ire and cackling like hookers on the Gin.

  That one young, ordinary man, Simon Green has been at the base of all this bitterness, even being cited on the Amazon site for his foul deeds, is an astonishment in itself and proves that what I said in my first paragraph is more than just true!

  For a change, I personally get bored of the same old scenery, not being rude it's just that sometimes you want regular coke and some times you want a diet coke.

  I personally don't read everything, I am selective.

  Maybe 3 or 4 years ago it was, sadly this place does not have the volume it once did. Overall this is a great board, I doubt it will loose memebers to other forums.

  I like the board for the most part, but because I made a post about the new website and it was deleted for no reason, it irks me. I don't think I've done anything on here to piss people off and I made one post about a new site, that's a major bummer. I really like both boards and I feel like I am getting in trouble for wanting everybody to know about them.

  You should read my comments / reasons above and also refer to the terms of use. I wouldn't mind linking to a site if it's reasons for existence were as stated. However, when I know the people involved and why they have started it (you only have to see some of the subject headings) then it is obvious why I don't want links. I you cannot see that or find it surprising that your post was removed then I think you are a little naive or even silly. I think the reality is that you were requested to post the link. I could be wrong but the wording was very similar to the rest of the SPAM that the new forum owner has been putting out.
