Bobbi: thank you for posting your perspective on this issue. It really helps to see the other side. I sincerly hope you take everything you read here with the proverbial "grain of salt". We are all in the same situation, but in different phases. Also, our individual personalities come into play. What is ok for one person is unthinkable for another.

Poor Elders, they can't leave. What would they're families think? And the "friends" think? I knew so many that were so unhappy, but afraid to leave becasue they had no one but the friends at the hall.
Honesty, shame on you! How dare you judge what any of these men are doing? So you managed to leave, yay, good for you pat yourself on the back but don't ever put anyone down for doing what is best for him/her.
