  If you guys were completely honest w/ yourselves you would admit that #1 - deacon was playing around; was it appropriate? Not for this board. And, #2 - every single person at some point in their lives will joke about the stereotypes of other races...the Indian running the 7-11, the Asian in traffic, the Jamaican smoking the doobie, the Brit w/ the bad teeth, the drunken Irishman, the hispanic cleaning lady, and the black guy at the local IHOP w/ his glass of fruit punch. Deacon is just man enough to put it out there.

  I think that people are people. Black people are just like white people. The only difference is the pigment in their skin. But since more people in America have lighter pigments than darker they discriminate against the people with the darker pigments. That puts the people with the darker pigments on the defensive. Since the people with the darker pigments are in the minority they are going to naturally stick together thru hell in high water. It's not rocket science. Everybodys prejudice some more than others. If you think OJ is guilty and a scum bag, you could just say that. Then your prejudice would not be so obvious. But you saw that the people with the darker pigment were sticking together because they are outnumbered. And you commented on that. Good comment. But maybe I am wrong and the commentators on CNN just felt after they processed the information that they wanted to support OJ. There are always 2 sides to every coin and story. If we with lighter pigment were living in africa. And Africa was a 1st world country then we would have to be like the black anchor and guest on CNN. So what I think I am saying is there is no easy answer. Racial divisions is another blessing from Jehober. But I dont want to be to hard on Jehober. I dont think I would want everyone to be the same shade of white as me. I wouldnt want everyone to be black or chineese or Indian. But I see beauty in all the races. And fall in love with the females in all of the races. So hopefully we can all learn and grow from your post. And hopefully I havent offended to many in my post.
