Chicken quinoa soup? Never had quinoa in soup, always as a side dish or a component of my wicked breakfast scramble. Does it hold it's texture in soup?

I made a large pot of tomato sauce and will be adding sausage and bowtie pasta to it. I got a bottle of red to go with it.

I have very little food in the house at the moment because I had to defrost my freezer. So tonight I had one of my leftover concoctions!

It was a soup/stew/curry - made with chicken, marrowfat peas, chicken gravy and flavoured with a korma spice mix.

Tasted better than it looked lol!

Sounds like heaven to me...I just started my period, cramps and all, and am in no mood to cook...maybe I have some leftovers in the frig
