As long as there is no processed food involved it's fine that's what really damages health and no fat or cholesterol that people have been eating since time immemorial.
Why do people drink sodas/soft drinks which are poor and junky imitations of fruit juices rather than drink the real thing, the juice itself?

mrsjones, mrsjones, mrsjones! Doesn't hubby know his duty is to bring you ice cream (or whatever your heart desires) and a heating pad, and a video and pizza for the kids?

In my dreams, hubby is in bed cuz he's on disability for fibro and possibly MS but I'm training the kids to serve me.
Oh there was a menu change, we are now having Canadian Steak with steamed rice and steamed garlic butter green beans. It was easier to prepare and I popped some pills for the cramps.

3 ounces of pasta (my compromise between 2 oz which is a "serving" and 4 oz. which is what I want) and half a cup of meat sauce with parmesan. Extra tomatoes. Might have some low carb chocolate later. Plus decaf coffee. As for diet sodas, they're fizzy, that's why.

I won't drink the stuff. The regular soft drinks are loaded with sugar. The diet stuff is so bad even bacteria, spores, and mold don't want it. Don't believe me? Leave a glass of it sitting for a month. No mold will form.

I probably won't eat anything for dinner. I'm not hungry.
Maybe I'll make some toast later.

If you are a witness, are you allowed to eat "blood pudding"? No. it's not a Klingon delicacy. Just wondering. Maybe I should post this as a thread? Na...
