Convert 3/4 to 6/8, now add 2/8 to that, equaling 8/8, or 1 whole. Make sense now? Or think of 3/4 as 75%, 1/8 = 12 1/2%, now add the percentages up: 75 + 12 1/2 + 12 1/2 = 100%

I am in a KH, run by converts. Generally I would say they are as a whole, spiritually immature, weak, and lack discernment. It is bad when you know more then your Elders. Individually some are quite nice, but the pack mentality is strong. There is no shepherding whatsoever. It mostly is about power and status. They are cliques among the Elders. Kind feels like Jr High with a clergy class.

One is a jerk ... another is so passive that the great tribulation could come and he might not notice ... and the other 5 are rather nice and decent.

My last congregation they were conservative extremist a$$holes ! They didn't follow the direction given by the governing body in giving out counsel as put forth in their own publications . They gave their own personal opinions in giving counsel. That's one reason it was my last congregation, ever ! Peace out, Mr. Flipper

One was extremely compassionate,kind hearted ,

One was as typical as a blonde joke gets ...flakey

One was kind to your face ,but stabbed people behind their backs..I liked him, he tried hard ,but always seemed to screw good intentions up

Two were domineering jerks that thought their family members could do no wrong

One was a good hearted person, but very uneducated and really should not have been in a position of authority

One was my brother in law easy going , usually the peacemaker for the others ,great speaker , got along well with the teens .Will never see anything wrong with the Borg......fully assimilated

One older gentleman that is sweet , has a balanced attitude yet never gets heard over the noise of the bossy ones .
