How about this....in the 1960's Watchtowers a woman could not get a divorce from a Homosexual husband since this is not biblical Adultery/fornication {not porniea} so if a Brother rapes another Brother he is not guilt of a sexual sin...is that right????????????!!!!!!!!

what should have been said is if you're being raped try to resist if you can. If you survive first get to a safe place, away from your attacker. Then you should immediately go to a hospital emergency room. Don't bathe or change your clothes before you go to the hospital. Just get there as fast as you can. One may suggest sensible things to attempt but it's foolish to make rules! Praying may be all some women get the chance to do and a way of preventing subconscious, unexpected stimulation - specially if the guy looked appealing despite a womans non conformity. Maybe that's the idea behind it!

I always thought this was bizarre. My question to everybody is: Why would a rape victim ever go and tell the elders anything like this in the first place???

Surely, anybody who is assaulted just needs to go to the REAL authorities and report something like this, not to the 'elders'. Why on earth would she go and consult these ass-clowns - especially about something like this? They are not in the business of catching and prosecuting are they??
