I am on a DIET!
It started today!!! UGGGGGGGGggggggggggggggg!
Until I get used to eating rabbit food again, I just might be **WARNING!!! *** Grumpy!
My diet protein shakes arrived yesterday.
I have a goal to be able to ride my bike 50 miles by the time I am 50. I got to 30 miles and then stuff happened and I parked the bike~quit bringing it in the house overnight(the cats don't even get that)Now its rusted, drove through McDonalds for one of those yummie Chocolate Shakes and the rest is ~~~~~~~stuck on me!!!
Part of it was leaving the organization, I found myself reading tons of books SITTING SITTING SITTING instead of exercising. I just had to get my head straight.......all that mess sorted out. I love to read, but right now, I am saturated. I just packed up maybe 200 books.......most all purchased since my fade.....maybe 50 of them .....about God, religions, Cults, Spiritual stuff, self-help......etc etc. (BTW in your exit I suggest reading reading reading)
I am gonna miss those buckets of cheese dip, yummie fruit punches, creams and cookies!!!!!
Look out 50, here I come!!!!!
ps...Arkansas has the most beautiful bike trail along the river, can't wait to get there again!!!! I have posted some pics of it in previous posts.
