I think tripe is cow. You use it to make menudo, or a mexican soup. YUM!

Paprika is the spice of the gods... All meat dishes are better with it! if you find a meat that doesn't go with paprika then god CLEARLY didn't intend for that meat to be eaten...

Mom, I love Menudo too! We have it for dinner at least once a month. Chopped onions, oregano, chili flakes, lemon or lime juice and if you haven't had it with minced ginger you have got to try it. Hot tortillas with cheese and a glass of red. I fish out the big pieces of tripe for my treat. Love menudo! We have found that Juanita's brand canned is as good or better than making from scratch.

I used to like oysters on the half shell. Then I thought about it, they are not cooked, and oysters have no butt. Why and the $%*^ am I eating this?!

Ok... I'll give you one of my made up recipes... Usually I would have to kill you after I told you but since your all such great apostates...

Ok get a THICK steak and a good one too none of that thin steakum crap! Most good butchers will cut you a good steak, say one and a half two inches thick if you ask them for it. NO BONE (so porterhouse is out) good strip or sirloin nice marble, not to fatty not too lean.

Then get a fairly hot grill and drop the steak on PSSSSSSSSS 30 sec or so then flip. As soon as it flips get some butter (real butter not "I can't believe it's not blah blah blah taste like ass" REAL BUTTER and coat the steak with it. Flip and repeat. Ok then move the steak to a cooler part of the grill and COVER that bad boy with paprika, little garlic powder, salt, little black pepper, maybe some onion powder. Flip and repeat (butter and all) by the time your done you should have used about a stick of butter and the steak should have a nice coat of spices. Now I prefer mine really really rare but whatever you like. if you like it burned to a crisp then just go a bit longer between the flips. You can also poke holes about halfway through the steak and stick pieces of raw garlic in the holes too, just seal up the holes with butter... (hey do you want to be happy or skinny?)

Ok so while the steak is cooking go and get a package or two of philly cream cheese, don't get the cheap stuff or I'll come to your house and beat you. This is fattening as all get out so you can only do it every six months anyway, so you might as well splurge a bit! Take the cream cheese and mix it with all the green crap and spices you like. Chives, oregano, minced spinach, cilantro, jalapenos, adobo whatever mix that all up.

Ok now take the steak and cut it at a diagonal so that the pieces are about a quarter of an inch thick but really wide. If your steak started 1.5 inches thick you should be able to cut at an angle to get slices 3 inches or so wide, then put some of your cream cheese goop on the slice of steak, Roll it up with goop in the center and stick a toothpick through it. Shake some more paprika and salt on it. Then serve it to your evil minions to ensure their undying loyalty. (also works for wives!)

I don't like liver and my children don't like it either..

I soak the calf liver in beef bouillon cubes, over night.

I would use beaten eggs, roll in flour, garlic, onion powder,Salt and Pepper, Paprika.

2 tablespoon oil in a hot pan. It taste like chicken. That is the only way I can eat liver.

A good way to get started on liver is trying Kentucky Fried Chicken livers. Not all locations cary them, but they are very good, and easy for a beginner. Not too much of that "texture" that so many don't like. I happen to love Goose Liver Pate.....mmm.
