  Hello Gregor, this is Tinker. I am here with Dagney for Xmas day of feasting and relaxation. We have been reading some older threads and came upon your recipe. OMG, I love Chicken livers and your recipe is great. I've made pate' and bacon wrapped with a water chestnut.....but your style sounds so good. I will try it.

  Organ meats are very overlooked and even vilified. I say we must use the whole animal and celebrate the value of their delishious flesh
