Need dishes for top of stove for Christmas....any ideas?

    Restrangled..Your Welcome girl!!..You can bake the potatoe recipe in the BBQ as well..Make sure it`s covered..Use foil,just like the ham..If you don`t have the room to do both the ham and the Potatoe dish in the BBQ at the same time..Cook the potatoe dish in the BBQ the day before..Chill in the refridgerator..And..Reheat for your Ham Dinner..If you come across any problems,or have more questions and can`t get through to me on this thread..PM me..I`ll get you through it,step by step......................................Onacruse..You are such a trouble maker..LOL!!..I`m sending you 3 drunk,cigar smoking Penguins..     if you pre boil potatoes in advance you can deep fry them in a chip fryer a few minutes before serve up for very crispy roast potatoes,

    if you rough them up a little and shake them in a bit of salt flour and mustard powder (optional) it'll bump the crispy coating. pre cooked parsnips crisp up quite well in a fryer too.
