Try the fatsmash it was very effective for me. check out fatsmashforum.com to get information. they also have a message board. I lost 10 lbs in the 9 days and then it phases you into healthy lifetime eating. It's featured on Celebrity Fit Club. I also started working out 2 times a day, this was after the 10 lb lost and overall lost a total of 20 lbs. before I stopped working out. I felt really good. Healthy and I went from walking to jogging. Never got into running though but that's next. Good luck.

Not much to report on my end. Stayed home all day and finished packing away Christmas. Hoping with a streamlined and clean house again I'll get bored and go outside walking!
I am getting inspired reading about all the exercise people are doing. I'll get there one day!
I stuck to my 23 points today. Trying to maintain that without using my extra points until the "start" of my week which is next Wednesday.

everyone is on a little bit different plan - that makes it more interesting. KS - you are impressive with those workouts! If we all stick to our daily goals, whatever they are, we all should see some good results. My goal for this ten weeks is to walk 150 minutes a week. I've been dieting successfully for a year and a half - time to get serious about hauling my arse around the block every day.

I've been sticking to my healthy eating, and walking for 30 minutes a day over the last few days. Also drinking about 12 glasses of water per day. I'm down 2 pounds this morning. But I think this will be my starting weight. I weigh in every Friday.

I just read thru this whole post and now I'm inspired.
I have a lot of weight to lose and I haven't been taking care of myself. I don't eat right and I don't exercise enough. I get depressed and I eat.... and I'm not talking about salads, either!
This is a good idea, I like the accountability of "reporting in"... So, I'm starting today!!!
As of this instant, I've lost 0 pounds... and counting....

Good luck guys! My goal is exactly the opposite! I just want to keep gaining weight and return to the sea! Perhaps just go ahead and become a whale. Or failing that perhaps a small island! Maybe once the paramedics cut the walls of my house down so that I can be free I can just roll down to the river and float out. Hopefully I'll float somewhere warm so that I'll have lots of hotties in bikinis frolicking on me! Maybe I can have a cruise ship dock put in!
I need to lose some weight too!

beksbks - two pounds - woohoo! I weigh in on Sundays, hope I am down two pounds this week, too.
skeeter - you jogged one mile and walked one mile more than I did! All I did today was WORK which isn't the same thing at all.

mkr32208 - yeah, inside this fat person is a fat person screaming for chocolate cake. It goes against the grain to eat right and exercise.

FFMiles - yeah, I was thinking we ought to weigh in on the 7th, post our losses if any, our exercise, etc., but not the horrible actual weight!
