Blood

    Aleman,

If JWs can accept blood fractions now (as a conscience matter), and blood fractions like hemoglobin are only possible because of people donating blood, and since it takes an awful lot of donated blood to get enough blood to derive a useful amount of blood fractions, then why wouldn't Jehovah's Witnesses be allowed to donate blood so that other JWs can enjoy being transfused with blood fractions?

Why? It doesn't seem fair that JWs can benefit from the supply of donated blood and be transfused with blood fractions without ever donating to the supply.

    Good question?

As far as bloodguilty goes; the JWs give the information to everyone and so do all the doctors, it is a personal desision whether they want a blood transfusion or not. I was always taught to always find information of any thing no matter how little it is.

You still didn't answer my questions. Do you have trouble remembering ? Or organizing your thoughts ? I wrote them down for you...go back and look.

The Watchtower...NOT the JW's (who are only the cults followers) are the ones who have flip-flopped on their own proclamations. They are the hypocritical, lying prophets. You could call the GB members the 'Jim Jones' class.

In 1925 blood transfusions were considered "heroic" by the Watchtower. Was God's Spirit lying back then ?

In 1961 blood transfusions were considered a "DF'ing" matter by the Watchtower. Was God's Spirit lying back then ?

In 2001 blood transfusions...a fraction at a time were considered a "Conscience" matter by the Watchtower. Was God's Spirit lying back then ?

You have to decide if God was wrong ..or His so-called organization. Either way, innocent lives were lost. Of course, according to the Bible and the WT -- that's par for the course.

    Aleman,

but what about the innocent children who aren't going to war?

What about your neighbor's 3 year old daughter?

What about those cute twin babies you see when you go to the mall?

Do they really deserve to be murdered? Could you be the one to wrap your fingers around their necks and do it? Would it make sense to you? Would you feel justified in killing those babies because their mother or father didn't accept that magazine on the butterfly a few months back? It doesn't seem reasonable does it?

Until a couple years ago the change to get portions of the blood was a desition made, thanks to medical advances, to save many lives.

The allowance of blood components goes back to the mid 50's. Half a century is hardly a "couple years ago" and the sheer number of reversals exposes the idea that it was driven by medical advances as an outright lie.

How about addressing your fallacy of equivocation?

White blood cells are living organisms doing their jobs of fighting illnesses to keep us healthy. But as for Albumin, this is the liquid that the red and white blood cells and platelets all swim around on.

We don't go donating blood because, and I said it earlier, It's like giving money to the bums, we don't know if they will use it for food or drugs, we don't know if we will be blood guilty from having the doctors use the red, or white blood cells or platelets instead of just using Albumin.

The advances in the medical feild from the 1920s are far different from todays advances, this is why people are not dead due to the knowledge one had during that era.

Noooooo. Albumin is a soluable protein. You're thinking of plasma, which is the colloid formed when albumin is suspended in water

    Aleman,

But don't you see how hypocritical and actually selfish it is to benefit from being transfused with hemoglobin, which can only be derived from blood donations?

Shouldn't JWs at the very least donate blood and request that their blood be used only for extracting blood fractions. I am certain the red cross would be thrilled with such an arrangement and would most assuredly honor it.

Of course that would fly in the face of the bible admonition to pour the blood out on the ground, but the WT already over-ruled the bible on that one by allowing blood fractions which can only be derived from blood donated by people.

    Interesting, isn't it?

Oracle & Momzcrazy, thank you for trying.

I don't think Aleman has any empathy or sense left in his mind. His comment how easily he (if he were god) could murder people for not "praising him" after told them to... speaks volumes about him. He's as psycho as the Bible god.

And...a great troll or JW cult follower or both. The WT can be proud.
