  MC, I couldn't rationalise what the messages were! Are the publishers from Brooklyn?

  I must admit I've tried to distill womens motivation for what a) keeps them satisfied and b)what makes them so ruthless.

  This is my guess-guage for starters:

  a)It appears that if a woman is made 1 - to feel she has something that is appealing to males whom strive to please her and 2 - have a jackpot appearance,and 3) have the xxx chromosome, then she is satisfied. So any males she puts up with who are less than at that level in areas 2 and 3 will always feel they are either not giving of themselves or haven't got it to give no matter if they lay down and die for her!

  b)If a male appears or is rumoured to pursue what a woman knows or feels she cannot offer or aspire to, then the male in question is on her graveyard list. Similarly if the male falls into the category of not offering any of the above in a) 1,2 and 3, he will also be treated as being under suspicion for inclusion on death row.

  It's easy to harp on the fact that generally, men are weak in areas that women generally are strong (And vice-versa) but it's a far better thing to admire the strengths of the opposite sex instead of despising the weaknesses.

  After all, it doesn't matter how you arrive at an answer as long as the answer is correct.

  Lou Belle, you make a blanket statement that women are thus and such, and then say that you (a woman) are not like that.

  It is incredible that highly intelligent humans recognise an area they acknowledge as being one they have long endeavoured to unsuccessfully understand but are afraid to comment!

  I was wondering if it's a residual JW psychology or a female dominant one that precipitates such a reluctance to say it how it is?

  Its almost as if this topic is 'no mans land'!

  QFT...lumping all women into a category (in a negative way) is a good way to get your relationship with her on the downward spiral. "All women are 'fill in the blank!'" She'll be on the lookout for someone that is, how shall we say this, less narrow minded and hopefully has more thinking skillz than a dead water buffalo.

  Now that's a healthy attitude in IMHO!

  Less worrying about the opposite sex and concentrate on personal improvement might be a thought. Then everybody is happy.
