I still want to know, is it possible to spoof IP addresses HERE on THIS SITE? I wouldn't even begin to know how to do that.
Is it possible? Yes. But it's not probable. Someone with that level of technical expertise would likely have something far more lucrative to do. The end result doesn't justify the effort invested.
