Yes well your wrong. The reverse discrimination is here and it is real. The bellsouth call center that I used to work in has 300 employees guess how many of them are white males?... Two, that's 2! Total out of 300. The bank I worked at has NONE in the entire banking center. Not ONE. The cingular store that my wife worked at has 1 out of about 10. You want on the fire dept in Jacksonville? Fat chance if your white. If you DO get one you can kiss any chance of promotion good bye it's simply not going to happen. (the fire dept has been sued twice for this. They lost both times but the policies haven't changed) The Police dept is some better but aprox 70% of new hires are black. So if 30% of the pop is black and 70% of new hires are black that means that you have less than half the chance of getting on if your white. Now when I was an electrician almost everyone was white male. So apparently if you're a white male the fields of construction are booming... Of course construction is going down the tubes and of course illegal Mexicans are moving in and pushing white males out of there too. but wft right your a white male so you shouldn't have any troubles. I mean after all there is that huge "white male fund" right! I mean according to people like Chappell all you have to do as a white guy is go to your nearest bank and they just hand you piles of money right!? Now I don't know about everywhere else but I do know what it's like in Jacksonville and it's just exactly that attitude. Your white so you can't possibly be having problems getting by that causes the most issues.

I thank all the closet liberal 's here for checking in on this thread. After all ,,, I bet all you folks were tired today after spending all that time teaching little kids to read, helping out at the free clinic and working with the Sierra Club, maybe on the Wolf castration project. Ya know those wolfs eat sheep...but if we castrate em... I digress. The call center in India... just this week we spent 4 hours on the phone with little Hadgi and one of his cousins over in Bombay. Over someting as simple as a change of address. We finally got a stateside number out of him and still spent another hour to resolve their error.

Sounds to me that some of you kids just can't get over your Dad's not giving out unconditional love when you were kids. Some of you "peace love and dope wanna -be " psuedo liberals... I would like to see some of you kids salting for a union or something worth while today.

How many of you liberals have has a KKK calling card left on your car? Anyone? Thats what I figured... you folks would think I was a angry white male... I guess the local Klan has me confused with one of you guys, I wish they would get that straight.

Your last post explained exactly NOTHING and proposed NO solutions. You were all over the map. It just labelled people that you're angry about.

So maybe I'm dense, I'm a graduate of the Theocratic Ministry School. Where's the theme? Where are any supporting details or motivating conclusion? I just don't get your point, other than that you, or somebody, is angry about STUFF. Maybe I'm not supposed to get it.

Straight white men, the single most privileged demographic group in the history of the world, are angry.

I guess some boys just can't get used to having to share the playground with the rest of the kids.

I can't believe some of you are picking this editorial apart as you are. I'm sure there are few if any angry white males that fit this description perfectly. But it sure does highlight a whole raft of things I would like to see changed. I think this editorial is not so much about an imaginary angry white male as it is about identifying the problems we have, problems that can be changed if enough people get fed up with it as it is.

So please, lay out a couple of the serious issues that you feel the editorial is addressing, and what could be done to improve the situation that is causing so much anger.
