I identify about 75% with AWG.
I can build my own house, change my own oil, or a motor for that matter. I hunt deer and turkey, and I keep my guns with plenty of ammo. I'm in a wilderness search and rescue group, and I keep my family safe - I wouldn't have drowned in my attic in New Orleans.
The other night, when my girlfriend got her car stuck during a bad snowstorm in the middle of the driveway we share with neighbors, I shoveled my driveway AND my neighbor's to get her out. Her car was safe in our garage at 1:30 am, and I didn't wake the neighbors and ask them to help. I took care of it. My responsibility. I still got up and to work later that morning.
When I see some rapper bragging about treating a woman like a piece of shit, I think what a disgrace he is to his race, black or white, or to men in general. The same about gangbangers or hoodlums of any color. But than I feel the same way about someone who would write that he "knows his wife is more emotional than rational."
I also know that our economy would collapse without the millions of hardworking aliens here - legal and illegal – and that a lot of them pay taxes and contribute in other ways to this economy.
And one final point: If we could go to Canada and make $1000 or $2000 A DAY, or better, a lot of Angry White Guys and some not so angry white guys, like me, would be slipping across our northern border to find a way to support our families and build a better life.

I know a few men of color...American Blacks and Islanders who are angry white men too... maybe we should just call ourselfs angry men and let it go at that... on the other hand I can count a whole bunch of angry women who could be angry white men . Contrary to what others are reading into this ... all these angry white men-pardon me - angry PEOPLE have already been labled before...

Most important, the Angry White Man is pissed off. When his job site becomes flooded with illegal workers who don’t pay taxes and his wages drop like a stone, he gets righteously angry. When his job gets shipped overseas, and he has to speak to some incomprehensible idiot in India for tech support, he simmers. When Al Sharpton comes on TV, leading some rally for reparations for slavery or some such nonsense, he bites his tongue and he remembers. When a child gets charged with carrying a concealed weapon for mistakenly bringing a penknife to school, he takes note of who the local idiots are in education and law enforcement.
He also votes, and the Angry White Man loathes Hillary Clinton. Her voice reminds him of a shovel scraping a rock. He recoils at the mere sight of her on television. Her very image disgusts him, and he cannot fathom why anyone would want her as their leader. It’s not that she is a woman. It’s that she is who she is. It’s the liberal victim groups she panders to, the “poor me” attitude that she represents, her inability to give a straight answer to an honest question, his tax dollars that she wants to give to people who refuse to do anything for themselves.Gopher...you asked me quantify what "it" is. These two paragraphs sorta did it for me.
CCR... as a skilled tradesman I have to tell you...a "roofer" is not in the same leauge at a pizza guy. I really have enjoyed having illegals making inroads in skilled trades... they do SO cheap that the folks who hire them can afford to do things TWICE. Plus, many dodge the tax system... working under the table.. or my favorite... using a IRS 1099 and call the guy a "contractor' ... who never pays taxes or SSI...

Part of his solution is making sure a certified cradle to grave socialist like Hillary does not get elected. I know that' concept is a bit veiled by this authors writing style.. but even a simpleton like myself could pick out that point. So beyond not electing Ms Clinton he offers no solution... he only voices his opinion about liberal pandering to special interest groups.
