"Lovers of Jehovah God and his Son, Jesus Christ, need not fear Armageddon. God's battle is directed solely against those humans whom God judges to be incorrigibly wicked."
For the householders: "JWs aren't crazy, hateful, and judgmental. Every good Christian is assured survival. Only those who God judges to be terrible, irreformably wicked will be destroyed. That sounds nice. Perhaps I should learn more."
To the average JWs: "Obviously, we love Jehovah and Jesus, so we're good. We better stay good and in God's favor in order to survive. And we need to help as many others as we can to not be judged incorrigibly wicked."
To the elders and COs: "Except for the GB, Nobody really loves Jehovah and what's-his-name enough to not fear the big A. His battle is directed solely against everyone. God judges to be incorrigibly wicked whoever misses any meetings and not out with the group for service every weekend."
So, what they've written is 'cryptic crap'. You might think it's something good, until some 'prophet' comes along and explains the real condemnatory interpretation. "Does it not warm your heart?"

Charities that failed to demonstrate public benefit were not expected to change overnight. The Commission would take “reasonable account” of the time and resources they needed to make the changes. It would also help charities find a way to change their charitable objects to meet the new condition or to set up a new charity as close to the purposes of the original as possible. It might also find that some charities had never been of benefit to the public, and so should not have been called charities.

when the borg were protecting their UN status they were happy to put pro-un articles on their site and in the magazines to meet the criteria needed.
as they do nothing without a reason or to further their cause i'd put a fiver on that the new public watered down issues have been instigated to meet a requirement or futher their machinery in some way.
is the timing of the new 'public' version a coincidence?
