Put up some freaking video cameras already. There has never been a single verified haunted house in history, so you have a fantastic opportunity to be the first, turn science on it's head, and shut the mouths of all of us godless skeptics. It should be easy, what with it happening all the time as you claim. I look forward to your video evidence eagerly.

Google Michael Shermer. Over the last thirty plus years, he has scientifically investigated virtually every prominent haunted house in existence, including the notorious Amityville house. He has never found anything to make him believe in anything supernatural.

What I find so puzzling, and did even when I used to put stock in such stories, is: Why would a demon solidify a believers faith, in effect making them much stronger spiritually, by giving them concrete evidence of the spirit world? When I was a kid, I used to constantly hope I inadvertently did something to cause the demons to appear to me. I reasoned that it would be frightening for a moment, but then it would be over and I would never again be plagued with doubts. Don't you find it sick that Satan and the demons would give you the evidence to believe in God, while God himself refuses to provide similar evidence?

I believe mental illness and other physiological and neurological illnesses explain most of what you are describing. Have you tried anti0psychotic medication?

Anyway, that's real good that you now believe due to all that evidence, but that doesn't help me or anybody else that didn't personally witness these events. Why don't you bring a camera crew down there and film and record some of this so we can all believe?

Also, come to think of it, if anyone that lived in that house genuinely believed it was haunted, or demon possessed, then they wouldn't be living there any more. Period. Can you imagine? "Oh, there's this powerful evil spirit that shares the house with us. It likes to shred all my clothes, turn into a vicious hell dog sometimes, and, who knows, maybe tonight it will feel amorous and rape my wife. Well, goodnight everyone!" My guess is that a couple of odd experiences turned into a fun little family legend that gives them something to talk about, to the point that now anything even slightly odd is turned into a new "demon tale".

For all of the naysayers, yes this is real and nothing to joke about. I've witnessed similar occurrences as well. Be careful of what you take lightly for lack of hands on experience. Bottom line is there ARE 2 kinds (and ranks on both sides) of spirits. They are called demons and angels. Angels come to protect and further the kingdom of heaven while all others are demons. The demons come to confuse and distort the reality of our Lord and savior Jesus.

There will ALWAYS be doubters no matter what they see or experience(even when seeing a picture or video). The Bible talks of people choosing to be WILLINGLY ignorant.

If he didn't explicitly TELL you that it was a computer animation, would you believe it was a REAL demon? I certainly wouldn't! And he has video evidence too!
So why the heck should I believe some completely anonymous person on the internet with absolutely no evidence at all?

And again I ask: What makes you think they're demons? They don't act like the biblical description of demons... so how do you know they're not vampires or Q?

I have no reason to believe you aren't just.plain.lying, but even if not, there are other more reasonable explanations than supernatural beings paying your family tons of attention, such as: a)your family could have been (and would have been, if odd occurrences seemed to have happened) suffering from collective hysteria (ie: what Galileo spoke of above), or b) your family has genetic mental illness which makes many of you more likely to assign special significance to coincidences.
