MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian air force planes dropped a 25-kg (55-lb) sack of cement on a suburban Moscow home last week while seeding clouds to prevent rain from spoiling a holiday, Russian media said on Tuesday.
"A pack of cement used in creating ... good weather in the capital region ... failed to pulverize completely at high altitude and fell on the roof of a house, making a hole about 80-100 cm (2.5-3 ft)," police in Naro-Fominsk told agency RIA-Novosti.
Ahead of major public holidays the Russian Air Force often dispatches up to 12 cargo planes carrying loads of silver iodide, liquid nitrogen and cement powder to seed clouds above Moscow and empty the skies of moisture.
A spokesman for the Russian Air Force refused to comment.
June 12 was Russia Day, a patriotic holiday celebrating the country's independence after the break-up of the Soviet Union.
Weather specialists said the cement's failure to turn to powder was the first hiccup in 20 years.
The homeowner was not injured, but refused an offer of 50,000 roubles ($2,100) from the air force, saying she would sue for damages and compensation for moral suffering, Interfax said.

Most people of this world don't have a clue of what's really going on behind the scenes.

Why don't conspiracy nuts jump onto all those black clouds coming from big trucks? I saw two trucks going down the road together at the same time the other day, and one was spewing trails and one wasn't. There must be a conspiracy.

I find it commendable that so many people do not WANT to believe in 'conspiracy theorys' but sad that they use a blanket coverage of insult, ie 'conspiracy theory' to dismiss what really does appear to be happening

Isn't that exactly what people did when the Jews were trying to escape the Nazi's? Screaming for help but being turned away country after country because nobody believed the whispers of genocide??? Isn't that what happened when the Boer women and children were herded into prison camps and starved to death??? The British wouldn't do that would they - see the pictures and read the names and ages of child after child who died slowly and painfully from guts cramped with bacteria from drinking the only water they had - a mud puddle. How about torture? A conspiracy you say - we don't do that. How about using orphans as part of pharmacuetical testing? How about shipping poor children off to a foreign country and ooops..maybe a few that weren't really orphaned got shipped along the way...no country would do that would they?

Another aspect of chemtrails I have noticed is that they are not there on windy days. On windy days you see contrails come and disappear and you see the normal clouds. Now, in the UK for the last two days it has been very, very windy and breezy, yesterday.

Today the air is still. The sky was striped and chequered this morning with chemtrails and they have gradually turned into a haze. There is NO wind and only the slightest breeze where I live.

Whoever is dropping or dispersing this stuff, does not want it accidently dropping on them, just their target population.

JW comparisons are lame. I could just as easily compare your willingness to impute impure motives into anything and everything to being a JW.

How about a statement from say, an aircraft mechanic, an aircraft designer, someone who fuels aircrafts, someone who works extensively in aviation? You do realize that some if not most of these groups of people would have to be involved in such a conspiracy, don't you?

John doe - From your posts you appear to be a Good person. Many of us believe the very fact that we wouldn't do anything bad means that other people are equally well motivated and we expect and are often blessed with good behaviour from others.

However, British and American governments have ALREADY ADMITTED experimenting on their population by dropping chemicals on them from planes.

This is FACT and not fiction material.

Why? That is something to be addressed. But just because we WANT our governments to be GOOD doesn't mean that they will treat us with any respect.

Not every single aviation pilot, engineer, etc will be 'in on the evil deed'.....just those who can be trusted to shut up. Now they're not going to say anything, are they?
