After leaving the world of watchtower I’ve had my brighter and darker moments. It was not always smooth sailing. But lately I’ve found myself in a strange situation where life is smooth and heck, enjoyable most of the time. Things happen and fall into their place naturally without me trying hard. I’m not sure what changed. Though my dad might well be right when he told me the other day ‘….[that is it], you stopped trying and somewhere along the way started living, this is the way it is supposed to be’ you know what, he’s right.

I think after leaving WTBS I was full of resentment and bitterness and that was reflected in my daily life. But time doesn’t eat up only good but also bad memories. Right now I couldn’t be happier, I’ve got great people in my life and around me, business is great and my dream of conquering ‘academic Mt Everest’ is almost in sight…
I guess you can see complete transformation even in the fact that I’m not frequenting this site as often as I used to before. Nor can I be bothered to prove people wrong as I used to before. I guess humour and sarcasm have replaced bitterness and trying-to-prove-the-point thing, now it’s more like who-cares-what-someone-thinks thing.
So yes, life looks great from where I stand at the moment.

I'm embarassed that I didn't think of it first. Flipper, I take meds for the BP and 3 other meds for other things. I'm stuck with these for life. But all things considered, I don't have it too bad. Last week my coworker fell off his 4th story baclony and broke his back in 3 places and his femur. He's lucky to be alive, so I really have nothing to complain about. W

ZAGOR- Congratulations on moving on in your life from the witnesses and pursuing your academic successes ! Good for you ! Your dad is right you know- you have started living and not being bitter about things and your life as time has gone on has helped you to get rid of the bad witness memories ! Good job guy ! I wish you all the happiness you can find in life !

FINALLY FREE- It is true that many things we suffer in life is relative in comparison to what othes are going through ! I'm glad you are getting help in the blood pressure area , but sorry to hear about your co-workers injury ! How sad. It makes us really put everything into perspective for sure. Take care
