SWEETFACE- I'm very sorry to hear about this friend. That still is not very respectful at all - a two and a minute phone call ? I think you deserve a lot better than that ! It really is hurtful to be disrespected that way ! I had that happen a few years ago with an ex-girlfriend who after a year and a half - just dumped me unceremoniously also. She had started seeing her teenage daughters music teacher on the side- and I was the last to know. Then she cruely got mean suddenly - dumped me cold turkey ! One thing to think about Sweetface- be glad you didn't have years invested with this guy ! Better to find out early in a relationship than build something up and watch them tear it down ! You will live to love another day ! Where did you meet this guy ? Are maybe meeting guys in the wrong places ? Just a thought. Perhaps try E-harmony ? It's how Mrs. Flipper and I met ! Just a thought. Get a guy who is right for you and a guy who is looking for a serious relationship- not just a passing fling

I think what upsets me the most is that I still wasn't over what the guy before him had done to me. I was over him, however the way he treated me, how he ended our relationship, was one of the worst and cruelest things that has ever happened to me.

During my job placement process, my recruiter and I became quite friendly and he would call me every so often to check on me. He mentioned his divorce and I mentioned a break-up. He still knows no details, but he knows I was hurt.

Maybe I am just one guy closer to finding the right one.
