The point isn't the temp, but the time. Any food kept until the next day is not cool. You can have a perfectly good beer in the fridge, staying nice and cold, but if you don't drink that sucker before sunset, jewish time, you better dump it.

Fridges are a good thing because they keep things cool/cold.

And gas/charcol grills are good because they make/keep things hot.

Anything else is "lukewarm" and we all know what happens to "lukewarm" things.
