Yeah, he ticked me off a bit at the time, but in the end I felt sorry for him. You could just see it in his expression that in his world everyone is out to get him or slight him, and he's going to get every penny the sorry two bit sob's owe him. He was positively disappointed when I gave him his mark down and he didn't get to complain to a manager. I guess my laughing at his little tirade upset his sensibilities. ha ha. I have that effect on people. ;-)

I LOVE customer service. You may think I jest. No, I mean it. It always a challenge. It sharpens your powers of observation, and tests your patience. I absolutely love it.

I've gotten over a dozen recognitions and awards for customer service since I've been with the company. People ask for me by name. I think that speaks for itself. ;-)
