If it was indeed a fact that such things were regular occurences than the health department would step in. As for "psychological damage", get real, a pube? Yeah, it's gross, but no reason to get therapy!

What if you were a victim of sexual abuse. Say your deranged stepfather made you eat them as a child, and you needed therapy after your meal. Would it still not count as psychological harm?

If this is an issue of child abuse, it is no where near the same as a pube in a restaurant. -

Now we're getting somewhere. I take it you require an intent to cause harm before someone can be sued? If someone runs into you with their car, unintentionally, should you be barred recovery because they didn' t mean it? If not, what makes this case different?
