Yea, yea, yea.
But only the #2 talk occasionally.
I smile and so does everyone else so I guess it's ok.

So am I to understand that these "Talks" come from a source book/publication? Where's that PDF? I gotta see it!
I never believed any of their teachings, so I never gave talks because that would make me a hypocrite. Both my brother-in-laws gave talks about pornography and they both shared their collection of porn movies and photos. In fact, one even had an account on a adult website that involved girls drinking urine from other girls. He also was caught molesting a four year old girl when he was younger. The JW family of the child only spoke to his parents and didn't get the police involved. He is now a MS and will probably be an elder soon.

TMS: During 2008 the following will be the arrangements for conducting the Theocratic Ministry School.
SOURCE MATERIAL: New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures [bi12], Benefit From Theocratic Ministry School Education [be], "All Scripture Is Inspired of God and Beneficial" (1990 Edition) [si], and Reasoning From the Scrip¬tures (1989 Edition) [rs].
Most of us also use the TMS workbook too.
Last talk I gave was circa 1998.
Sacolton,
You were a JW for a long time and never gave a talk?
gave one last week, have another in 2 weeks...........
Don't know how
those that still do
manage to do it
I couldn't
Man, I couldn't play this game too long. It wasn't soon after I "stepped aside" as an MS that I gave up giving talks. Just couldn't go on up there - it was torture to my soul. Then it was attending meetings--couldn't do that anymore, absolute torture.
Oh, I've been asked, but I managed to escape the pressure of giving talks.
