Turn back on God because of WTS or JW's??

In my opinion, it's one thing to not agree with organizations that impose certain rules upon it's members, but it's quite another to turn one's back on God Himself because of disagreements. Is there not still some Higher Power out there who has the best interest of humans at heart? How can it be denied, especially in these terrible times, that something or someone is gonna have to step in and take over and end this havoc. Surely no human or government can fix the real problems at hand, or can they? Especially not the WTS or any JW I know. Have you ever had God's Holy Spirit? If so, who gave it to you?? Certainly not the WTS or any group or person. As an ex-JW, do you feel you have that protection?

Brother, I dont know how long youve been out of the Jehovahs, but I sympathize with you.I was about where you are at some 6 years ago.
Regrettably I have found(after extensive searching)that answers are very hard to find.The more you search and question, the less answers you find.If you still yearn for belief I recommend you stop thinking so much.

People love to "throw the baby out with the bathwater," and then condemn you when you don't. I guess it easier to throw everything out, that way, you don't feel responsible to any "higher power" but yourself and then you can focus on your own selfish needs as oppose to doing God's will.

Personally, I left "Jehovah's Organization" I did not leave Jehovah, and serve him unreservedly.

is for people to want to imagine that they are more righteous and more sincere than others. You, for instance, just verbalized your imagination in that regard.

this is the most common statement made by those who believe in god against those who may not or who question god.

they always like to couch it in terms of "yOU WON'T TO DO WICKNESS IS THE REASON YOU DON'T ACCEPT MY EXPLANATION OF GOD"

NOW let's consider some points-

I dare say that perhaps 98% of all the folks sitting in jail here in the usa profess to believe in god, most men who cheat on their wives, beat thier kids, cheat on thier taxes, lie about being sick and take the day off to go to the opening baseball game of the season, and the list goes on and on believe in god-

yet no comparison is ever made of them- but the moment someone doubts if there is a god or questions god as to WHY he watches so many folks year in and year out get the "SHAFT OF LIFE" and does nothing- the believers are out in full force claiming the reason they don't want to accept thier explanation of god is due to their "Demonic desire to do baddness"

yet most folks i know who have issues on the matter of god are the same today as they were 15yrs ago-

while there may be some who do go BUCK WILD i find the "Generalization" of all to be so offensive

my wife and i are better folks today then we have ever been

so while beleivers may not agree with those who have questions

please lay off the "You are wicked and want to smoke Dope" routine

If God ever decides to show up and show that he is interested in this earth and the life on it, then I might consider not turning my back on him.

From what I see it is the other way around, if there is a God;
he turned his back on us a long time ago.

Until that time I just live a very good life and do more for mankind than I ever did as a witness.
