Btw, it's my impression that Nietzsche's "ages of man" share a lot with the "ages of a post-JW". After the carrying of heavy loads, first the utter rejection of any authority, resulting in anarchist or libertarian ideas, then the dancing. The acceptance of life as play, the ultimate goal?
Sure, although I can imagine that some leave JWism as "camels," accepting "the truth about the truth" as an even heavier burden (truth is always a burden to Nietzsche, his question is "how much of it can we really bear"); and others, dancing already (perhaps some of the latter do not even need to leave?).
(perhaps some of the latter do not even need to leave?).
Do you think that's really possible?
Depending on circumstances (not being too "prominent" in the JW sphere, for instance), and with a solid sense of humour (I don't mean cynicism), yes, I believe this is possible. In fact I can think of a few people I left behind, who would certainly fit that description...
