One of these days I'm going to buy an ocean liner and spend my years sailing around the world, renouncing citizenship of all countries.

Someone is working on plans to build a ship that will be a large sailing city. People will buy property/a condo and live there year round as it sails around the world.

Min I would never leave Canada. I have been in or flown over every province except the high north and Newfoundland/Labrador. There is beauty everywhere. We don't have the crime problems of the US (yet). Only a handful of cities have huge smog problems. Much of it is untouched land.

I am a Canadian and proud of it.

We moved and are loving it here in Calgary, Alberta - much better than the UK which seems to be imploding right now as it does everytime the labor party have been in power for a while ... I think they must be the UK's answer to the republican party!

I really like the idea of having winter/summer homes. Here in the Northwest from March to October (would not want to miss Fall) and somewhere in the Southwest (I really love the desert) over winter.

I visited Portugal for a few days, found it to my liking. There are other places I need to look at. I need a good life reboot in the near future.

I have found that wishing where to live depends on how much money I have. If money were not object, I would like to live on a tropical island with fairly good facilities, not too populated and not too remote.
