Beks, your stereotyping of gun ownership advocates is a weak attempt at trying to make it appear that anyone who stands strong verbally and actively for the right to keep and bear arms is nothing but an uneducated back woods doof. Far from it. You really need to educate yourself. This stuff is really multi-layered and not for those who can't sweep away more than the top layer to get at the underlying issue.

As I've pointed out on every one of these threads, I a.................Liberal!........have no desire to take away any one's guns. But the fact that even regulations are on the back burner, doesn't deter the current intense focus on the possibility. Not the possibility of banning as so many of your right wing nut bag heroes claim, just regulation. It is downright disgusting. It's a bunch of geeks posturing and posing, when Americans are suffering in so many real ways.
