  For years an elder bugged me about "retiring" from my job so I could devote more time to the ministry. I just laughed at him...I was in my mid to late 30s.

  At the last memorial I went to, this same elder asked me how the economy was affecting my job. He was leading up to his favorite discussion of retiring to deveote more time blah blah blah. I just told him I was planning on working till I died, thus cutting that idea off and dropping the little hint that I no longer thought of the end coming anytime soon.

  A week ago, I got an escrow refund check (unexpectedly) on the exact day I had an unexpected expense that would have caused some hardship financially.... did Jehovah bless me?? Funny, as I opened the check, I realized that at one time I would have attributed it to this! But, since I'm not going to meetings or out in FS, it must be Satan blessing me.

  Yeah, that's it.

  The more I learn about the WTS, the more I believe that it is truly run by Satan himself. That's probably why they know so much about his tactics. If I had to make up a religion that's sole purpose was to destroy people's faith and destroy people's lives, I could never come up with anything more effective than the WTS.

  I so agree, St. Ann.

  My hubby and I came to the conclusion that the WTS was demonically inspired a few years ago. The sad thing is that the JWs are always so worried about others being under the guidance of Satan, that they themselves cannot see the diabolical influences that surround them.

  As opposed to the Blubbering Body members who, through browbeating and constant criticism, make people feel that living hand to mouth from the cradle to the grave is more important than anything else.

  I totally agree. The make Jehovah out to be this evil God who can kill you in a heart beat if He gets made at you for anything.
