In the interest of fairness, Angel Eyes does have a point.

It can be very demoralizing when a poster singles you out and gets you in her/his sights.

ok, back to topic....What is the Biblical basis JWs are not allowed to 'witness' in churches?

Snowbird gave the Cor verse used by the GB...when read in context does not say what it is claimed to say...any other thoughts?
Obviously it is to keep a 'sterile' environment so JWs will not hear the other side...but any other thoughts?

Most reject him too at the memorial.....IsaacAustin

The Memorial is a Special Time of Year..

The WBT$ has set aside 1 very Special Day,every year..

So Jehovah`s Witness can gather together..

    And..

    Ignore Jesus..

Outlaw, isn't that how a disfellowshipped person is treated? They are ignored. JWs have, in effect, disfellowshipped Jesus- they have no fellowship with him, as he said to do by partaking of his flesh and blood.

I wondered this myself over my years as a jw. Never found anything in the publications. I'll look again but this is all I have found that remotely addresses your question. The WTS applies the ban on interfaith which makes no sense considering Paul's actions.

*** it-2 p. 1051 Synagogue ***Paul was not using the Jewish synagogues as places of meeting for a Christian congregation. Neither was he having Sunday meetings, for he was using the Jewish Sabbath, which was Saturday, to preach to the Jews because of their being gathered together on that day.

thnaks Blondie. If my memory serve me correct there was also once an article about how a JW had success giving a sermon at a chruch, where the members commented that their pastor required a large sum of money before coming to talk. Ring a bell?

    Sylvia..

You know you are one of my favorites here..

Isaac is simply pointing out Bullshit..

Read my post on this thread..

Angel Eyes sets herself and the WBT$..Above Jesus and his Apostles..

    Consistantly..

As a Christian, can you really defend that kind of behaviour?..

I know you like Angel Eyes..

    But..

Blatant Hipocrisy and Anti-Christ Behaviour, should be pointed out..

    Thats an interesting thought Isaac..

    A DF`d JW is de-moted once,from a single Kingdom Hall Stage..

Jesus has had his Mediatorship removed from him by the WBT$..

    And..

A special day is set aside once a year, every year..

For Jehovahs Witness`s to Ignore Jesus..

From Kingdom Halls around the world..

I would have to say the WBT$ treats Jesus much worse..

    Than a Disfellowshipped Jehovah`s Witness..
