Jw's are the modern pharisees, they prefer to be associated with the old covenant, hence to use of the term "jehovah".
While they pay "lip service" to Our Lord Jesus Christ, their only God is "jehovah".
Why don't JWs fear God or God's Wrath?

Because they believe they are on the "Ark." Because they believe the WTBTS... is the "Ark." They don't GET that the New Covenant is the "Ark" (i.e., Ark [of the Covenant])... through which they will passover/through... from death... to life. They don't GET this... because the "god" they follow and serve... the WTBTS... has told them, "Follow US... and you're following God." ANd they believe this to be TRUE... because they do not KNOW the Truth... because they are blind... and so can't SEE... that the ones they are following... are blind, TOO... and leading them right to the pit:
"Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because...
you traverse sea and dry land to make ONE convert (proselyte)...
and when he becomes one...
you make HIM... A SUBJECT FOR GEHENNA...
TWICE AS MUCH SO… AS YOURSELVES."

For them, THEN... ignorance literally IS bliss. Indeed, for them... it leads... to "paradise"," does it not? Too bad they have not had the privilege of seeing the vision I saw... where myriads were being led to a huge fire, because they couldn't hear/ignored the voice bEHIND them saying, "THIS way... walk THIS way, you people!"
Praise JAH, His Son has directed us to pray for them. Perhaps through our prayers, they WILL, someday... soon... allow their eyes... and ears... to be opened.

I think I would say it a little differently:
As my [literally] KNOWING Christ... and thus knowing God through knowing Christ... increased... my fear of God (indeed of ANYTHING and ANYONE)... diminished.
To everyone else (and may you also have peace!), I say to you that I KNOW... who they are, what they are, why they are... and how they are. For Christ, I even know what he looks like... in his TRUE form! And in knowing these things, I KNOW... that I have nothing to fear from either of them. As someone quoted, God... IS love. And there is NO FEAR.... in love, because PERFECT LOVE... throws fear... outside. Indeed, he that is under fear... has not be made PERFECT... in love. Thus, there cannot be fear... INSIDE... the "temple" of God... which temple... His people are. 1 John 4:16-18; 1 Corinthians 3:16
And as I have come to know them, then... and through that, know their LOVE ( 1 John 4:19)... and thus what love really is and how it is manifested... I have come to KNOW... that much of what is written about the Most Holy One of Israel in the OT... is a LIE. (Jeremiah 8:8) It CANNOT be true... because CHRIST wouldn't do many of the things written there. And if HE wouldn't do them... then God COULDN'T do them. John 5:19, 30; 7:28, 29; 8:28, 42
Because HE (Christ) said: "I came... to bear witness... to the TRUTH [about God]." He came to SHOW us what the Most Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies... was truly like. Therefore, see Christ... the reflection of God's GLORY (you know, good stuff!), and the EXACT representation of God's very being... and you SEE... God.
I have seen them... and know them... and am seen and known BY them. Because of this I have come to love them... and know they love me. They show me... and TELL me. And because of THAT... I can come here and share what I receive from them... without fear. Of people... or what people think of me. The love I receieve from and have for them both... has allowed ME to throw ALL fear... outside... the "temple" that is my physical body.
When I sin, then... and I do from time to time although not intentionally... I KNOW that I have Christ, my "helper" to PLEAD for me. I know that if I openly CONFESS that sin... to them... as well as to the one I may have sinned against (if it included another person)... and ask for FORGIVENESS... from them and such person... rather than try to hide, deny it, explain it away, justify it, etc.,...it WILL be granted me... by THEM. Even if the person I've transgressed against cannot give it. I KNOW this. Because I know them. They ARE... really ARE... slow to anger... merciful... and ABUNDANT in loving kindness. There are NO more loving, joyful, peaceful, long-suffering (patient), kind, good, faithful, mild, or self-controlled individuals... in the UNIVERSE. None. Absolutely none.
And that's why I come here and share what I do. People... especially those who claim to be "christians"... NEED to know. The Truth... and the lies.
Because we human beings... earthling man... truly have NO idea just HOW vast the love of the Most Holy One of Israel, the TRUE God, whose name is JAH... of Armies... really is! His Son and Christ, my Lord, JAEHSUA MISCHAJAH, was/is just an IMAGE of that love. Wait until you see.. the REAL THING!
In the meantime, I invite you the HEAR... what the Spirit and the Bride KEEP saying: "Come! Take life's 'water'... which 'water' CAN bring you closer to knowing God and Christ, by helping to open your eyes and ears... and which is poured out from the innermost parts of Christ, the Holy Spirit... FREE!"

And I do not mean that as my usual greeting. I mean that with reference to your question, "What is Jesus gonna do with [the Agnostics like] me?" The peace that I wish YOU, dear one, has never been returned back on me... at least, not as far as I can remember (and the past - if there was a past, I can't remember - is past). The Most Holy One of Israel is merciful, kind, and loving. As you have been with me, even though I am nothing more than a good-for-nothing-servant and so a "least one" among my Lord's brothers. But my Lord is recorded to have said, "to the extent you did it to one of the least of these my brothers... you did it to me." The PROMISE is that if YOU are merciful... God will be merciful with you.
So, while I cannot speak for those "like" you, individually, I can say, without reservation because I BELIEVE what my Lord told me... the Holy One of Israel, my Lord, JAHESHUA MISCHAJAH, and thus his heavenly Father, the MOST Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies, will not forget this your kindesses to His servant, me, and thus His promise made to YOU... through Christ. In that light:
May the undeserved kindness and mercy of my God and Father, the MOST Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies... and the love and peace of His Son and Christ, my Lord, JAESHUA MISCHAJAH... be upon you... and those you love... indeed, your entire household... to time indefinite.

I grew up in a mainstream church. They believed in fearing God and that he punished people with hellfire. I could never see how a loving God would want to punish someone forever.
I got sucked into the witnesses. They believed that God punished people with everlasting death and a terrible death if they were alive when Armageddon came. I looked around and just couldn't believe that either.
Witnesses know how to "work the system" as far as keeping themselves out of trouble with the elders. If that fails, they can get dfd and reinstated which is part of the system too. Sometimes they rinse and repeat.
Many witnesses do fear Armageddon and God's wrath. In my opinion, they are just as fearful as most other religions, if not more.

To answer your question, I think PSacramento's approach illustrates very well the current mainstream Christian attitude I have perceived, here in France, both among Catholic and "historical" Protestant churches: aside from pathological cases, "fear of God" is hardly relevant anymore to their faith and, when it comes to the Bible, tends to be explained away (cf. my previous remark about "fear" becoming "respect, reverence etc." in so-called "dynamic" translations).
Among Evangelicals -- who are a small minority here (thank God? ;)), and a very divided one at that (thank who?) -- I think "fear of God" is mostly referred to rhetorically, in a kind of repulsive way: as an argument in hardcore evangelism (what if you die tonight? fear of judgement and hell is the bogeyman supposed to push you into Jesus' arms), or more often as a counter-measure of grace: I/we shouldhave been condemned but I was / we were saved. As this practically always combines with the "once saved always saved" dogma, it is safe to say that when Evangelicals refer to the fear of God they practically never mean their (current) fear of God. They mean the fear you should have if you're not "born again" or the fear they had or should have had beforethey were.
That's why I said that "fear of God" plays a comparatively more important role in the life of most JWs; they certainly do not regard it as valid just for the outsiders or before they became JWs -- even to them nothing is sure, ever. They are never past fear.
