I thought Buddy Hackett and Mickey Rooney were hilarious in that movie.
The scene in the plane with Jim Backus (Mr. Howell)...
He was making drinks while flying and Rooney asked if he should be drinking while flying and Backus said (in his Mr. Magoo/Mr. Howell voice) "It's the only way to fly. HaHa."
