I think each person possess chemicals that react with scents. If its wrong.....its wrong and those around you will complain you are over doing it.

That's the point my jumbled words were intended to convey.

The only people I've ever known to complain about scents come from kingdom halls. Ever wonder why that is so?

Maybe you need to get a life that brings you into contact with more people. I work in government and chair the health committee. We have 25 people (large department) with real, serious reactions to scents. It is not a jw disease. All 25 are non-never been jws. All are certified with a serious medical illness. Even more are made very uncomfortable physically.

Bullshit! I get a headache immediately if I am around strong perfume/exhaust/cigarette smells. Why would anyone question that these noxious chemicals cause nausea and headache for some????

Geez, now you tell me.

Some people have serious allergies to chemicals that are used in scents, soap and the like. This can range from an annoyance to a problem that causes anaphylactic shock. These people are not helped by those that bathe in their perfume before leaving the house.
