There are a few nearly universal hand gestures that come in handy for customer service.
But I am actually concerned with good customer service!

I like my car because it's so quiet. It purrrs and is a smooth ride. I can feel a loud car, like a V-8. It could double as a vibrator the way it roars. 'sides, it's dang near impossible to carry on a conversation with CI's or hearing aids in a noisy car.
