Some of the gals and I would like to start a perpetual "what's for dinner" thread.

Total sexism, you assume the men can't cook?

Last night was taco salads, tonight (at the Granddaughter's request) was grilled hotdogs. I will only cook either real bratwurst or Hebrew Nationals. Tonight was the Hebrew Nationals as Miya doesn't like sausage. She's only six. Grilled corn on the cob and baked beans to go with.

Nooooo poopy! The girls and I came up with this thread.

I'm off to bed, I hope by the time I get back here, the Europeans and East Coasters have chimed in! I can't wait to hear about those English delicacies.

I'm off to bed too. Just wanted to state that, in the morning, if you want to spread a wonderful aroma throughout your home, when you brew your morning coffee, sprinkle 1 tsp. of cinnamon over the grounds before pushing the "on" button. Heavenly aroma and a pleasing, subtle taste.

Oh, and I almost always have cooked oatmeal for breakfast. I find that a tbsp. or two of chopped nuts in my oatmeal makes it delectable!

Sometimes presenting a common item differently works like buying mini hamburgers & toast tortlllas briefly after cutting it in four pieces put cooked hamburgers on top cover w/cheese onions put under broiler till cheese melts top w/ avocado or whatever a little messy but tasty.
