OOOO! Should I add THAT to the list? That we don't buy the homes, cars and pay for all the bills and give salary to a Clergy?
What do you think you're doing for the CO & DO? And GB and various other upper-level WT crooks? And these are the same jackasses who tell regular folk like me to take a menial part time job so I can pioneer. Meanwhile my contributions have been paying their salary.
All the "correct doctrine" in the world is for naught if the letter of the law is deemed more important in the spirit.
Case in point:
Many, if not most, JWs are the kindest, nicest folks you would ever meet.
And yet a good portion of those same people would hardly bat an eye at allowing their minor children to bleed to death on an operating table rather than accept a blood transfusion because "The Society Says So".
Decent people tend to be taken advantage of by those who care nothing for them.

Mad: Both God and His son are "Holy" (Clean, pure, set apart) but NOT the same Person(s)

John 17:5 - And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
Mad: AGAIN, read the context to se that He was referring to the IMAGINARY gods they were starting to worship- for He prophesied
that He WAS going to share His Glory with someone He would appoint- see Daniel 7 as an example. Being the Word of God and Leader
of the Angels (Archangel) was tremendous glory he gave up to become a man.

Don't avoid responding to my comment. My assertion is that JWs indeed pay for the room and board of religious leaders. It doesn't matter if they are living in palatial homes or not. The point is COs/DOs/GB members, etc, lifestyles are funded by the contributions of the rank and file. End of story. Unless you are from some 3rd world country MadJW, where there are no KHs or assembly halls, then let me tell you, in America, there are COs/DOs living in KH and assembly hall apartments with cars that are paid for by JWs! They do not have secular jobs!
Also, it's very Christian of you to call me a name just because you don't like what I have to say about your religion.

Honestly the only thing that separates the JWs from the rest of Christendom is that the rest of the religions are more up front about supporting their leaders financially. The WT likes to hide what they do.
Instead of the crooked J. Rutherford just coming out and saying that since he was the leader of the org, he should have a nice mansion, as is still the custom for various religious leaders, he comes up with a stupid BS story about building a mansion for the "prophets of old" to inhabit upon resurrection. He wanted a nice house, period.
