IF the Watchtower Society can DECIDE FOR YOU which parts of blood GOD PERMITS, then, the Society can also decide anything else!
Its as simple as THAT.
The "GOOD THINGS" about the Society become irrelevant, insignificant, and are a RED HERRING to whats really going on.
Its as simple as that.
The preaching work of so called true doctrines done by a brotherhood , is a mission statement from a global publishing company bent on control at any cost.
Here is one thing that always bothered me, the parable of the one lost seep being so important, and the society is completly the oppisite, they are the one is very unimportant to the good of the org. You either conform or you are gone. You are told to question anything that any other religion speaks but don't you dare question [unless is a soft ball fest like Hannity questioning Limbaugh] the GB FTS. MADjw is trying to be the "I am one of you guys" and then swing back to try to put doubt in our minds. It can not work because there is nothing to doubt about how evil the society is. It is a cult, a dangerous cult that had killed and damaged and ruined familys. It should be shunned to our last breath and any one we meet who is even thinking of looking at this shit cult we should talke to them untill they understand that this is a JONES TOWN cult that will eventually destroy their lifes. You will lose your individuality, your self respect, your critical thinking and ability to question. You will become a walking talking zombie that has no ability to make a desision outside of the borg telling you what posistion to screw you wife in, what to eat and what medicen is best for you. NO FUCKING THANKS.
The KH also doesn't waste the time of any JW by doing any community charity work, either. Soup kitchens?- let the churches worry about the poor. Homeless shelter, ditto- churches again, food pantry collections? Are you crazy- JW's don't want to give any canned goods to the non-JW community- why they are as good as dead right now in Jehoobah's eyes. The KH does love their own- just as long as they don't need any charity handouts- then, let those church food pantries help you or better yet let Caesar take care of your needs- uh, while we are waiting for God's Kingdom- the only hope for mankind- to make it's appearance and then to destroy the stinking worldly governments that are taking care of us for now.

last week in the new york times there was an interview of deepak chopra.....he made an interesting observation.
he stated that in the beginning god gave man truth....and then the devil came along and said let's organize it and call it religion.
organized religion simply panders to weak-willed people who dare not use their own minds to come to logical decisions. there is always an elite class and then the peons. with the witnesses, the peons give give give and are kept in silent submission by fear tactics perpetually drummed into their ears. it is a very sad situation....
at least with mainstream religions, people can go and get all warm and fuzzy feeling once a week, then walk away and forget it all. with witnesses you have to be at it 24/7.....

I do, and I do.
However, as you KNOW, the elders are neither paid, nor given home & car, and, if SINCERE, do not think themselves above the congregation- so "clergy" is not an accurate term to use. (Although it certainly DOES apply to the Pretenders)
