99% of "apostates" never say they hate JWs. They hate the utilitarian government that is called the Watchtower.
Most apostates sympathize with the members because many of them are trapped.

I searched youtube for your page by simply putting in Jehovah's Witnesses and truth and you appeared on the second page. So I suggest you recognise the Youtube is a forum that the whole world has access too not just exJWs.
By the way the grooming point on your youtube is wrong. Paul is the source for expecting a higher standard from God's people in grooming modestly as a principle not our shepherds. It is also a reflection of the mosiac cleanliness of god's people.

Thats not the point. What IS the higher standard? Who says that a clean shaven look is the RIGHT way to look. Who says that is the BETTER, GOD-PLEASING way to look? Paul and the people in his day often had beards, no? Many of God's best servants were bearded.
And please don't say that facial hair is a sign of not being a part of accepted society because JWs are all about being no part of the world. If anything, it would be a much stronger case to say that all Witnesses should be bearded. In reality, a bunch of guys should not be teh ones to say what is and what is not the higher standard in some of these matters.

Trying to divide the shepherds and the sheep is not an argument I ever fell for. I chose to be a witness because of what they teach in accordance with the bible. I do not credit or debit these teachings against the shepherds, they simply do the jobs assigned to them as overseers by giving us Jehovah's word though his bible and son Jesus. We have to have overseers, and shepherds it is what we are told to do biblically and Jehovah blesses those that do his will as he has us and ours.
Beating against authority is simply beating against the bible because we will always be under Jehovah's rule if no-one else so we have no choice or at least we do but I do not fancy the price that rejecting Jehovah's sovereignty brings.

My Reply: It would follow that if we are told the opinions of man...not what is biblically based we are not to follow.

Ok, then INDIVIDUALS should take his council. It should not be dictated by the leaders of the WT. Paul didn't tell you how to dress specifically at all, the WT does.

You sound as if you think I am just a brazen anarchist. Beating against authority WHEN authority has overstepped themselves is very different from just a rebellion against authority in general.
