In the OP I reread what had been the stated inspiration [Six Feet Under] for this tale. Ironic that I should begin watching the series anew last night, at which time, by coincidence, I recalled having written this story. I absolutely could not find the thread's location in my topics started box. Nor did I recall what had been its prompting -- SFU.
