I never really felt that the elders decisions were directed by holy spirit. I mean, that spirit told them to appoint me as an MS when I was doing stuff that would get me DF'd.

Never ever believed in a "New Order"..only went along with it hoping someday I would..never happened.
Never ever could believe that they were "Special" like they always tried to convince you".
Never ever could believe pretty much anything they taught..
I waited for the spirit to hit me, never did. I did however believe there was something out there greater than us all..no thanks to them.
I got tired of waiting and left...
Since then I have read about all the baloney they sold and wondering how I could have been so gullible...

I was surprised when I learned that you had to hand in a monthly report of time spent knocking on doors. Seemed very Big Brother.
Before we met my husband had attended meetings relating to assisting on a quick build. However, they then decided that as he did not hand in a report he wasn't allowed to help with the build.
Strange ideas.

The preaching work was a "life saving work" that was soooo important. However when asked if ones who rejected the message would die at Armegeddon...well...uhhh...only God is the Judge. So then... Jesus is God...because the bible says he would be judging...uhh no says the witnesses.
Only 144,000 people are going to heaven. This was always troublesome to me. So, from 33 C.E. to 1935 only that many people were selected to be in heaven? Then all of the sudden, the door was opened to people living forever on earth? Which in effect was retroactive to all the people before Jesus died?
Jehovah's witnesses are the happiest people on earth...and the happiest Jehovah's witnesses are pioneers! (cringe)

That right there goes to show that field service is mandatory and not voluntary
if it was voluntary that would not have been a reason to reject him
Wasblinds eyes are wide open now, and I mean wide open

I couldn't belive some angels came down to Earth for a shag. They materialized and grew bladdy wedding tackle for goodness sake!
Why didn't Satan himself come for a quick 'ow's yer father'?
Nah!
So why did Jar-Hoover vacuum it all up by flooding the ENTIRE bladdy earth? Why didn't he just zap the goolie growing baddies...................makes no sense to me!

Why do the 144,000 only have to be good up to their death were the great crowd have to be good and survive the big A then have to be good during the 1000 year reign then have to be good even more and survive Satans attack at the end of 1000 year reign. Let me see immortality only one test the hope of ever lasting life which is conditional 3 big test. Makes no sense to me. Totally ADD
