This seems to represent a change of Daniel's interpretation. In the Daniel book I recall the feet being the politically divided world in the 'time of the end' and the ankles were the Anglo-American power. Now the feet are the the UK & US...

And the typical householder will think "What kind of lunacy is this?"....and then he'll flip the page...
...and see the nations of "Britain" (note to WT proofreaders: there is no such country as "Britain") and the United States linked to Babylon and "Medo-Persia"....
....which will confrim in his mind "These guys are stark raving bonkers, they must be some sort of conspiracy theorists".
This invitation is really sad, even by paltry WT standards.

Small sidepoint, it looks like the females in that family both have slacks on (little fuzzy for me). Maybe because it is targeted to non-jws. Only jw women and girls wear skirts when hiking through the grass.
