SURVEY: Is a JWN members post count a reasonable indicator of their theist/atheist position? If so what can be learned from that?

    The number of posts in this board indicates only..... How many posts the person has posted.... Survey with wrong parameters :)

    When you factor the years in, a post count doesn't give light to one's position. I've got over 5000 in, but I've fellowshipped her for over 7 years and my belief in God has not changed, if anything, its even greater than when I believed as JW. Post count for my situation is not a good barometer for evaluating my belief in God.

    I'm maybe not so agnostic as Tallulah, not in the doubting sense, but more so in the distance sense. I believe very much in an intelligent higher power, I just don't feel especially close to the higher power like I did as a child and younger teenager.

    I am just as certain there is a higher power as atheists are sure there is not. I've never doubted completely that there is a God. I've had moments when he was even more vague to me than he is now. I say he because it doesn't seem right to call God It.

    shouldnt #1 be "I belive in a supernatural sky daddy and have conclusive evidence in a bronze age book written by dessert men"

    I'm number 3 alothough it's not that I cant prove it. It's that I dont have to because only a deluded fool would belive in an invisible, unmesurable God.
