  If the FDS is the 144,000 exactly ruling with Christ in heaven, the normal people are bent over in laughter. Extraterrorital jurisdiction is a very hot topic. It raises foreign policy issues b/c governments must protect their citizens. I wonder how one attaches the assets of the 144,000 or takes their spirits into physical custody. Maybe Australia has jurisdiction over the spirits hovering above Australia.

  Yet if I recall the post correctly, the FDS was not dismissed from the case. I wish I had the money to attend the court proceedings.

  I assume some documents, such as pleadings, memos, or briefs have been filed with the court. It would be nice to have copies posted here. The electronic/paper trail from both side would shed light on thisi matter.

  At the risk of stating the obvious, the "Official Teaching" is:

  FDS: "all of the anointed ones living on earth at any given time constitute 'the faithful and discreet slave'"- w07 11/1 p. 30 par. 12

  However, the REALITY is, as probably all of us know, completely different as the GB neither solicit or accept any sort of communication or input in any way, shape or form from any of the anointed regarding teaching, doctrine, planning, aka "spiritual feeding".   Nevertheless, the idea that there is a LEGAL DESCRIPTION of the FDS is very, very intriguing as is evidenced by our desire to hear "the identity of the FDS [revealed] in open court." This could be the only REAL REVELATION that has come out of the WTBTS ever!

  They're not above lying in court, either, so what they state officially to the judge may be something quite different from what they tell the rank and file.

  And this flies in the face of what they are telling the troops during the assemblies and DCs. The last assembly I went to the DO kept on with this phrase over and over"

  And yet one of the new Watchtowers goes on and on about how they DONT communicate with the anointed, DONT keep a list of them, and DONT even know where they are. Hmmm..how do you REPRESENT someone you don't even talk to!

  For DECADES - nearly 100 YEARS - the Watchtower Corporation has been tracking the number of partakers at the Memorial celebration, and now they claim that they "DON'T KNOW THE EXACT NUMBER"???????????

  Whatta buncha hypocrites!!!

  At least we know now that the increase in the number of people partaking of the emblems has become SO problematic for the Watchtower Corporation that they've given up on the exercise...

  Since it WAS part of the "end times" fulfillment - that the number of partakers would gradually DECREASE as "Armageddon" approached - it's not surprising that the Watchtower Corporation has discontinued the practice of counting them...

  Heh, heh.... And another chink appears in the Watchtower's armor...

  Can anyone explain how this corresponds with Jesus words, "I am the fine shepherd, and I know my sheep and my sheep know me"? - John 10:14.

  I guess Jesus isn't telling the GB who his sheep are. Why not? Well, evidently it's on a "need to know basis" and as the GB freely admit, "We thus have no way of knowing … nor do we need to know".

  They said it, I agree with it, that settles it!

  Sounds like the WT boys are now trying to distance themselves from the FSDL and the anointed all together, publicly that is.

  They are aware of their past doctrine that said the anointed are to diminish in size as the end becomes closer.

  So now, being that the number is increasing, they are probably going to stop counting that number all together.

  It was all really marketing propaganda anyway for the WTS....gods specially chosen organization and all the other creative bullshit.

  This religious publishing house will always a scam and it never will stop being one for that is what the whole organization was founded and created on.
