Glad to hear it's going so well. You'll recover much better at home where people don't talk all night, wake you up to see whether you were asleep, take your vital signs at ungodly hours, snore and fart!

Glad to hear the operation was without complications and I hope you didn't strangle mr. fart. I guess they will make a biopsy of the damn thing now and you will know if it was a false alarm? Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Was told I would be in 7 days if things went well but doc has just been round to say I can go home today if chest x-ray is ok. Will find out soon.
