Now I'll add a personal pet peeve of mine: Someone who asks me, "Do you want to know the truth?" "No I want you to lie to me."
Wait on Jehovah to fix the problem in his own due time. Jehovah is allowing this problem to happen to test people to see where they stand.
Sometimes things take years to work out but in the end with we stay in the "truth" we are always better for it.
The elders are directed by Holly spirit so who are we to question them? We just need to obey.

Also we need to follow the lead of the elders. This one always got me because the elders were never out in service and if they did lead the group in service they usually just went on their own or with their families in service. So what kind of lead were we to follow?

a) they are too lazy to go out in the "service"
b) have the wrong heart condition
c) want to lead an immoral lifestyle.
