I repeat my earlier observation, borne out multiple times. Fundies are dumb.

Jeffro you seen a lot of humans and you know what they are capable and you seen or heard of many dying. So you have 0 proof that they can offer salvation and even if we assume there is no god. You are saying 0 >>> 0 by your " there's much more reason" yet you make statements like " It's a fallacious appeal to pride" aren't you guilty of the same?

LOL. I don’t want to get sucked into this thread… but look at the evidence for a global flood… where is it? Use geography, archaeology, the fossils etc. There is no evidence for a global flood, and certainly not in the last few thousand years. The Bible has actually held back science for hundreds of years, as it was believed that the water from the flood had disappeared into the earth somehow, whereas now we know the earth has a solid core.

When you can build something bigger than a toy boat, let me know how your math works out.
Done. The math works out so that the ark would be totally destroyed in an open sea.
That was easy. Next.

Oh, is there anything about the Bible that you agree with?
This suggests a fairly typical assumption by 'believers'. There are parts of the Bible that contain historical elements, with a Jewish political and theological spin. I see no need to elaborate at this time.

atrapado, Jesus evidence for offering salvation is also exactly 0. Every person, including him, that ever lived, died. It said so in the Bible.

Tell you what, truthseeker - you acknowledge that belief in the flood as described in the bible automatically equates to a belief in evolution on a scale that is unheard of and impossible scientifically and we'll call it even.

Poopsiecakes,
I'm assuming you and everyone else here does not believe the bible. There are many references to the flood.
2 Peter 2:4-9 For if God didn't spare the angels who sinned, but threw them down into Tartarus and delivered them to be kept in chains of darkness until judgment; and if He didn't spare the ancient world, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others, when He brought a flood on the world of the ungodly; and if He reduced the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes and condemned them to ruin, making them an example to those who were going to be ungodly; and if He rescued righteous Lot, distressed by the unrestrained behavior of the immoral (for as he lived among them, that righteous man tormented himself day by day with the lawless deeds he saw and heard— then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment"

thetrueone,
Why should I believe you over the Bible? What makes what you have to say so more convincing that what the Bible says? You can't offer me salvation.
Well firstly you have to honestly realize what era in human history this and the other stories were told concerning the god Yahweh.
Place that acknowledgment with the stories told of other gods from other civilizations and you establish a circumstance of probable cause and reason.
If your perceived spirituality extended and embraced intellectual honesty you would be able to discern what is fact and what is fiction.

EntirelyPossible what was my point? 0 >>> 0 is not true. 0 = 0. I guess is a human nature to exaggerated things to proof our point I been guilty of this.
